In green areas you can mug other players and be completely out of view from the public.
Yellow Areas
In yellow areas you should take extra care to make sure you are out of view of the public. This may mean forcing the player you are attempting to mug into a more hidden part of the area.
Unmarked Areas
You may not mug other players in unmarked areas.
Exceptions
- All private property is a muggable location. (You should still take care not to be in view of those outside)
- All Drug Dealer locations are muggable areas.
- Office vents are a muggable area.

Speed camera locations are approximate and may not be 100% accurate due to how the data is parsed from the game.
